NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ANGLIA MCC GROUP
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the above Group will be held at Alderman Peel School, Wells next the Sea on the 1st November 2025 at 10 am.The OFFICER AND COMMITTEE nomination form is now on the notice board.
Nominations for both Officers and Committee will close at the end of the rally at Whittlesey on the 5th October 2025
Please only Active Members need apply as we do work hard in making rallies Successful. Any member who wishes to put a Business Proposal on the Agenda for consideration must submit it to me by the 30th September 2025. Note that current membership cards MUST be shown on entry to the meeting.
This is a legal requirement under the Constitution.

If you are an Anglia member and get given one of our attendance reward vouchers for regular attendance you can also use these to pay the deposit if you wish to. With the cost of the halls rising, we unfortunately cannot keep running rallies at a loss. We hope you understand why we have had to do this and will help by paying these deposits promptly.

Due to the Xmas meal at Sheringham last year being a great success we are repeating it again this year.
Teresa Has managed to negotiate with the chef a good price and great menu.
